KDL-F series fuel cell specific energy recycling DC electronic load is a load developed for the fuelcell stacks/fuel cell engine testing, which is a power electronic converter based on the power frequency isolation IGBT two-stage conversion structure, and also is a DC electronic load with high reliability, programmable and automatic operating. It has the characteristics of high precision and high dynamic response, the full power segment of input DC energy can be back to power grid. It meets the requirements of low voltage and high current test, and is applicable for the test of fuel cell stacks, fuel cell engine system and other fields.
1. Adopting 16-bit AD sampling chip and combining digital filtering algorithm, output curent precision is ±(0.1%FS+5dgt);
2. Adopting staggered BUCK topology design, it can realize high dynamic characteristic when the load is suddenly changed, the voltage response time is ≤10ms;
3. Adopting PWM synchronous rectification combined with DC/DC two-stage circuit to realize bidirectional energy flow; THD≤3%;
4. Adopting PWM synchronous rectification and combining with the PFC corrective control in software algorithm to realize PF≥0.99, and energy efficient utilization and feedback;
5. Suitable for fuel cell system design to realize the features of low voltage input, high current stability control, etc;
6. Output has four static modes of CV, CR, CC, CP;
7. The rate of input DC current rise and fall can beadjusted;
8.With the functions of local operation and host computer operation.
